Johnstone’s Paint Trophy - Register to win competition

1. The competition will run between 1st and the 15th March 2010.

2. No purchase is necessary for entry.

3. The prize is one of ten pairs of tickets to the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final on Sunday 28th March 2010. There are no runner up prizes.

4. To enter this competition, entrants should fill in the registration form via the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Website www.johnstonespainttrophy.com/competitions for their chance to win one of 10 pairs of tickets to the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final.

5. By entering the competition you are agreeing to receive Johnstone’s Paint Trophy updates. Should you at any time no longer wish to receive further Johnstone’s Paint Trophy communications please contact us at: johnstonespainttrophy.acuk@ppg.com to de-activate your account.

6. Should you not have access to the internet please send your name, address, team / player you support and daytime contact telephone number, before the 15th March 2010 to: Teresa Hardwick, PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9XA to register and be entered into the competition.

7. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

8. Only one entry per person is allowed.

9. No cash alternative is available.

10. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on Tuesday 16th March 2010. The winning entrants will be notified within 48 hours of the draw by email or telephone as per details provided.

11. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion and notified by telephone or email. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner to take up the specified prize.

12. The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the promoter’s address clearly marked: Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Register to Win Competition, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9XA.

13. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

14. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrectly completed entries.

15. This competition is not open to anyone who is subject to a football banning order.
