Executives and management from Doncaster Rovers are set to receive further Johnstone’s Paint Trophy medals next week when they visit their local Johnstone’s Leyland Decorating Centre.
Director of football, Mickey Walker, chairman John Ryan, team manager Sean O’Driscoll, assistant manager Richard O’Kelly, kit manager Baz Richardson and head physio John Dicken will all visit the Johnstone’s Leyland Decorating Centre, based on Eurolink Business Park in Middlebank, Carr Industrial Estate at 2pm on Tuesday 10th July 2007 to collect their medals. With them, will be the fantastic Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, won by Doncaster Rovers on that glorious day back in April.
To celebrate the medal handover event, Johnstone’s is offering all visitors 10% OFF the shelf edge price off all Johnstone’s and Leyland products purchased that day. Refreshments will be available and all visitors will be entered into a free prize draw to win either a signed Doncaster Rovers shirt or a football.
Sponsorship manager, Teresa Quinn said: “This will be an excellent chance for Doncaster fans to meet the people who run the club and some of their heroes and of course the trophy up close. Johnstone’s is extremely proud of Doncaster Rovers and we’re delighted to welcome members of the squad to our local centre.”
Mickey Walker says the event will be great for fans: “It’s always good to meet fans and we’re encouraging as many as possible to visit us in the store to help us celebrate our memorable Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final victory even further. Not everyone was able to get their medal on the day and this will be an excellent way to receive their glory.”
