As part of the launch for the Johnstone’s colour card, Carter attended the second round Darlington vs. Leeds tie, showing his true colours by turning up to the game with the Leeds crest painted on his face.

Johnstone’s sponsorship manager Teresa Hardwick said: “Congratulations Carter! You looked fantastic on the night of the match and to show our appreciation we will be sending you a £100 voucher to spend at your local Johnstone’s Leyland Decorating Centre. Who knows – if you ask your dad nicely, you could have an early Christmas present by painting your room in Leeds colours!”
