Samantha Wortley, aged 10, and Luke Baynham, 9, will kick penalties against Scunthorpe United mascot Scunny Bunny at the match, when the Hatters take on Scunthorpe in the Final on April 5 2009.

Speaking of her excitement, Samantha of Tingrith, said she couldn’t believe her luck when her Dad told her about the phone call. She said: “When my Dad told me I had won I couldn’t stop running around, I’m so excited.”

Luke is just as excited. He said: “I can’t wait to get my Luton kit for the final now – I will be proud to wear it!”

In preparation for the big penalty shoot-out, Samantha and Luke will meet two Luton Town players along with the club mascot, Happy Harry, on Monday March 30 at the Johnstone’s Decorating Centre at 320/ 328 Selbourne Road at 4pm.

Gina Laycock, Decorating Centre Marketing Manager for Johnstone's, said: “The uptake for this competition was overwhelming, it has been fantastic. I hope that Samantha and Luke enjoy their day at Wembley and they show everyone what they are made of.”

The proud winners will receive football goodie bags including four tickets to the Final, a personalised Luton Town football kit, a club football and a commemorative trophy.

Fans that come along to the Johnstone’s Decorating Centre on the afternoon of Monday March 30 can also have their photo taken alongside the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy.
