Johnstone’s has today unveiled that League 1 and 2 fans will now be able to log onto the the newly designed website and observe a live online match day experience with the Match Centre service.
Johnstone’s has today unveiled that League 1 and 2 fans will now be able to log onto the the newly designed website and observe a live online match day experience with the Match Centre service.
. The Match Centre will provide dynamic real time content for all the matches to be played in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy 2008/09 competition. Match centre coverage will begin on the 2nd September 2008 with the first round matches. As part of the experience fans will be able to view:
Team lists: with substitutions as they occur
Team formation: team formations as announced with link to player profiles
Player profiles: current season statistics. Statistics include appearances, goals, red and yellow cards for all current competitions
Live in-game statistics: goals, yellow and red cards, shots on/off target, off sides, corners and free-kick
Venue detail: name and capacity of venue
Live enhanced text commentary: newly developed automated text commentary
Attendance: number of spectators at the event
Match Timeline: graphic of the major occurrences during the game (bookings, goals, sending-offs and substitutions)
Name of the refereeMatch Report: available shortly after the final whistle.
