Schools across the UK and Ireland are being offered the chance to bring some colour to their changing rooms, courtesy of a fantastic free football kit giveaway from Johnstone’s Paint. Johnstone’s has launched its ‘Football Kit for Schools’ initiative, where schools can collect tokens to save up for a range of free football kit for their PE departments.
Parents and everyone in the community can also do their bit for the cause by collecting the tokens whenever they do a spot of decorating, thus helping to save for a wide range of football equipment at the same time.
This exciting new scheme is being run in partnership with some very prestigious names in the world of football. The Football League, Macron, Mitre and Precision Training have all worked closely with Johnstone’s to bring this scheme into local schools and provide something that will benefit lots of children.
Johnstone’s Paint spokesman Gina Laycock said: “Our brand has a proud tradition of manufacturing some of the finest paint products, along with a lengthy, successful football sponsorship. We wanted to create an incentive scheme that reflected this.
“There are nearly 200 Johnstone’s Leyland Decorating Centres across the UK and Ireland, so you won’t have to go far to find the products to transform your home – and collect tokens to transform your school’s football kit!
“Each store carries a huge range of paint, decorative wood treatments, wallpapers and decorating tools and accessories – there’s everything you could ever need for decorating all under one roof.”
Johnstone’s Football Kits for Schools kicks off when a school registers, with tokens available to collect for the school from that date until 30th April 2011.
