2. This competition is open to UK & Ireland residents, excluding employees of PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

3. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. The competition will run between 4th March and 17th March 2010. No purchase is necessary for entry. To enter this competition other than by email please send your name, age, address and daytime contact telephone number before the 17th March 2010 to: Teresa Hardwick, PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 9XA.

5. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

6. Only one entry per person is allowed.

7. The winner will be selected by our panel of judges on 18th March 2010. The winner will be notified by the evening of 19th March 2010 by telephone or email.

8. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion and notified by telephone or email.

9. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.

10. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the promoter’s address clearly marked: Johnstone’s Journalist Winner, Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9XA.

11. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

12. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrectly completed entries.

13. This competition is not open to anyone who is subject to a football banning order.

14. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
