1. The competition will run between 26th July and 15th October 2010.

2. No purchase is necessary for entry.

3. The competition is open to parents or guardians of boys or girls aged between 0 – 6 years.

4. To enter the competition, parents or guardians should email a photo of their Trophy Tot in their team kit to teresa.hardwick@ppg.com along with the child’s name, age, team supported and contact details including address and daytime telephone number. Closing date for entries Friday 17th September 2010.

5. Eight finalists will be shortlisted and displayed on the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy website www.johnstonespainttrophy.com from 20th September to 15th October 2010 for fans to vote for their favourite.

6. The Trophy Tot with the most votes will be deemed the winner and will receive a goodie bag filled with Johnstone’s Paint Trophy memoriabilia and a £50 voucher to spend at the Club shop.

7. All eight finalists will receive a Johnstone’s Paint Trophy mini ball.

8. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of votes.

9. Online votes will not be permitted after 15th October 2010.

10. Only one entry per child is allowed.

11. The parents or guardians of the winning Trophy Tot will be notified by the evening of 22nd October 2010.

12. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion and notified by telephone or email.

13. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.

14. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the promoter’s address clearly marked: Trophy Tot Winner, Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9XA.

15. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

16. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrectly completed entries.

17. Personal information and any photographs submitted will only be used for the purposes of the competition, which may include further Johnstone’s Paint Trophy promotional activity in the case of the winner.

18. This competition is not open to anyone who is subject to a football banning order.

19. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. This promotion is governed by English Law.
