T&Cs

1. This competition is open to UK & Ireland residents under the age of fourteen, excluding employees of PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. The competition will run between 22nd February and 6th April 2010. No purchase is necessary for entry. To enter this competition, download the template and colour it in to design your boot. Entries should be sent to Johnstone’s Boot Designs, Johnstone’s Press Office, The Chubb Buildings, Fryer Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1HT before 6th April 2010.

3. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition.

4. Only one entry per person is allowed.

5. The first prize will consist of a pair of top price football boots. Ten runners up will receive a replica Johnstone’s Paint Trophy football.

6. The winner and runners up will be chosen from all entries received on 7th April 2010. The winner and runners up will be notified by the evening of 9th April by telephone or email.

7. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion and notified by telephone or email.

8. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.

9. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the promoter’s address clearly marked: Design a boot competition winner, Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9XA.

10. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

11. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents

12. This competition is not open to anyone who is subject to a football banning order.

13. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. This promotion is governed by English Law.
