8 mins: Scare for Swindon as Jack Lester feeds Bowery who bears down on goal, only to slip when a shot loomed. Corner.

9 mins: CHESTERFIELD DISALLOWED GOAL! A late flag causes confusion as Simon Ford is flagged offside from a corner, Lester dispatching from close range to no avail.

14 mins: First signs of Swindon Town pressure, instigated by Lee Holmes. Successive corners come to nothing, however.

19 mins: So close! Paul Benson does brilliantly to win his own flick on and feed Holmes who cuts inside and curls shot inches over the top corner.

40 mins: Swindon finally keep the ball for a sustained period. Ferry laces ball out Holmes, whose beautiful cross is knocked down by Paul Benson to Alan Connell, who skews shot wide. Great chance.

46 mins: 1-0. GOAL FOR CHESTERFIELD! Risser own goal. Mendy with the assist, crossing across face of six yard box, the defender poking into own net.

55mins: Swindon force Tommy Lee into some smart work, who catches a rasping Matt Ritchie cross.

60 mins: Josh Thompson feeds sub Craig Westcarr, who fires shot narrowly wide of the upright. Worry times for the Robins.

62 mins: Swindon sub: Oliver Risser replaced by Ronan Murray.

65 mins: It’s still Chesterfield pressing, with the impressive Alex Mendy acrobatically shooting over after Swindon keeper Foderingham fails to deal with high cross.
